Electromechanical Engineering Department presented organized a workshop to introduce “The Importance of AI in Industrial Fields.” delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wissam Esmat Abdul Latif, and attended by a number of faculty members and students.

The workshop aimed to introduce attendees to the importance of artificial intelligence and its uses in various fields and industrial processes, in line with the developments taking place in these fields. This leads to improved quality of processes and products, reduced waste, and lowered production costs, ensuring high-quality products for the market and consumers.

The workshop included several pivots:

• An introduction to the topic of artificial intelligence, its uses, techniques, and methods used in industrial processes.
• Programs necessary to employ artificial intelligence applications in industrial processes, its importance, and key applications.

The workshop concluded with questions and inquiries raised by attendees.
