Central Promotions Committee Holds Workshop on the Mechanism of Academic Promotions under the New Electronic System

The Central Scientific Promotions Committee at the University of Technology organized a workshop titled “Mechanism of Academic Promotions under the New Electronic System.” The session was delivered by Professor Dr. Adawiya Jumaa Haidar, Chair of the Central Promotions Committee, and Assistant Professor Dr. Noor Abdul Khaleq Zghair. It was held at the Center for Continuing Education with the attendance of support committees, scientific committees, and sub-committees responsible for academic promotions in the various colleges.

The workshop covered the procedures of the new electronic system for academic promotions, including detailed explanations of the workflow for applicants, scientific committees, and sub-committees. The session referenced instructional videos and official guidelines issued by the Research and Development Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
