
College of Electromechanical Engineering Presents “Success Story” About One of its Students
The College of Electromechanical Engineering presented a workshop entitled “Success Story,” delivered by student Abdullah Ammar, under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ghassan Abdul Hussein Bilal, the Head of the Navigation and Guidance Engineering Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Qasim Mohammed, and organized by faculty member Assistant Professor Dr. Ghada Adel, with the attendance of a number of faculty members and students.
The workshop aimed to highlight the success story of student Abdullah Ammar through his participation during his secondary education in the Third International Scientific Posters Conference for Iraqi Talents held in Turkey, where he received certificates of appreciation at the time. He also participated in the Fifth Exhibition of Patents and Industrial Models of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals and received a certificate of appreciation in recognition of his participation.
The student’s success story demonstrates the great potential of Iraqi students to achieve a significant positive impact in the field of scientific and technological research. It also highlights the importance of perseverance, cultural exchange, and investing education to serve scientific issues.
The organizer of the workshop, Assistant Professor Dr. Ghada Adel, explained the importance of supporting, guiding, and encouraging creative and ambitious students in the field of information technology to achieve their goals and the necessity of participating in and attending international conferences.
