Industrial Advisory Board Develops its Curricula

The College of Civil Engineering at the University of Technology held a meeting of its Industrial Advisory Board for the Structural Engineering and Building Engineering and Construction Management departments, under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ali Majeed Khudhair. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Building Engineering and Construction Management Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tariq Al-Hadithi, the Head of the Structural Engineering Department, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jaafar, the Head of the Industrial Advisory Board for the Building Engineering Department, Prof. Dr. Maan Salman, and the Director of the Quality Assurance Division, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hisham Al-Sharaa.

The meeting aimed to update the strategic plan, develop the curricula, and ensure their responsiveness to educational objectives. It also addressed the mechanism for developing the graduates of the College of Civil Engineering in a way that aligns with the advancements in governmental institutions.
