
Al-Gabban Meets Trainers and Trainees in the Continuing Education Center
Following the directives of the Prime Minister, Engineer Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani, the Continuing Education Center at the University of Technology hosted a course for new employees who were appointed in the first phase and followed up on the trainees from the second phase. Based on the principle of coordination and cooperation between institutions, research centers, and government studies, and under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the President of the University of Technology, Professor Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghabban, and the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Ferhad Mohammed Uthman, visited the Continuing Education Center to follow up on the progress of the new appointees program and meet with trainees from the Ministry of Oil. From his part, Al-Gabban emphasized the importance of the course on “Organizational Behavior and Institutional Loyalty” to enhance optimal behavior and loyalty to the state among trainees.
For his part, the university president praised the center’s exemplary procedures towards the trainees and the provision of all necessary support and facilities for the trainees from the Ministry of Oil employees. Al-Gabban also met with the professors responsible for conducting interviews for trainers from the Prime Minister’s Office.
It is worth noting that the program aims to qualify new employees, enhance professional behavior, increase awareness of institutional work, introduce the concept of the state and the government system, and the rules of organizational behavior, integrity, and transparency in administrative work, and how to develop a sense of organizational loyalty.
