Chemical Engineering Students Present Sustainable Environmental Projects at the Higher Council for Youth Headquarters

As part of the ongoing encouragement provided by the Presidency of the University of Technology and the Dean of the College of Chemical Engineering, a student scientific team from the PRE Chem Eng. Club, consisting of Fatima Noufel Jasem and Abdullah Shaker Naeem under the supervision of Dr. Qusay Jaafar Al-Obaidi, participated in interviews with the Higher Council for Youth, affiliated with the Office of the Prime Minister.

This participation comes within the framework of an initiative to form a special team on climate change. During the meeting, the team presented their ideas on the role of chemical engineering in addressing climate change challenges and environmental preservation. They also discussed mechanisms for collaboration with state institutions and civil society to raise environmental awareness and implement sustainable projects aimed at reducing emissions and improving the quality of life in our beloved country, Iraq.
