College of Biomedical Organizes a Meeting for Senior Students and Surveys Their Opinions

Department of Biomechanics at the College of Biomedicine at the University of Technology organized an interactive meeting with senior students, attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Sadiq Hussein Bakhi, and the Head of Quality Division in the College Assit. Lec. Assia Shihab Ahmed.

The meeting, moderated by the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Saad Mahmoud Ali, included the distribution of a questionnaire aimed at measuring the extent to which the department’s seven educational objectives were achieved. Students were also given the opportunity to express their opinions and observations freely and transparently. The questionnaire also included a set of questions related to proposals for developing curricula and enhancing the college’s infrastructure.

During the meeting, the Head of the Quality Division provided a detailed explanation about learning outcomes and educational objectives adopted by the Department of Biomechanics, emphasizing the importance of students’ awareness of these objectives, given their essential role in their academic and professional advancement.

The meeting witnessed outstanding interaction from the students, who expressed a strong interest in actively participating in improving the university learning environment, reflecting their awareness of their important role in supporting academic development.

This meeting is part of a series of steps implemented by the college to enhance the quality of education and achieve an integrated academic environment.
