The Technology Department Hosts a Workshop to Discuss the Electronic Correspondence System

In the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Farhad Mohammed Othman, the Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, and the Director of the Information Technology Center, a workshop was held to discuss the Electronic Correspondence System. This workshop is part of the third phase of a project launched by the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department in collaboration with the Information Technology Center, aimed at enhancing e-governance.

This project aligns with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s direction towards digital transformation. During the workshop, the system’s operational mechanisms were reviewed, highlighting the issues it addresses, as well as outlining the benefits and expected outcomes. The goal is to simplify administrative procedures and expedite the processing of university transactions. The updated system is scheduled to be implemented starting next month, contributing to improved administrative performance and enhancing the level of services provided within the university.
