Electromechanical Engineering Department holds a workshop about time management

Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit in Electromechanical Engineering Department at the University of Technology organized an educational workshop on “Time Management and Its Role in Achieving Success.”

The workshop was delivered by, Asst. Lec. Rafah Karim, with the participation of the unit’s head, Asst. Lec. Lamia Assi

The workshop addressed several important pivots related to time management and dealing with academic pressures, the focus was on the concept of time management and its importance in achieving academic success.

The lecture touched on time management techniques, such as creating daily, weekly, and semester schedules to balance study and other activities. It also addressed identifying time wasting factors and how to overcome them.
