Environmental Research Center lecturer receives the Ibn Sina Award for Inventions and Innovations

The lecturer at the Environmental Research Center at the University of Technology, Dr. Zahraa Zahraw Farhan, participated in the International Exhibition of Inventions and Innovations, Ibn Sina Award, which was held under the auspices of the College of Health Sciences / Hawler Medical University and in cooperation with the Lebanese-French University and organized by the Harvest of Light Organization for the Development of Education.

The aim of holding this exhibition is to benefit from patents related to medical, agricultural, engineering and applied sciences, and through the cooperation of universities, investors, businessmen and entities that can transform these innovations and patents into practical applications that are included in the implementation of projects that serve society in those fields.

The lecturer, Dr. Zahraa Zahraw Farhan, participated in the project entitled the smart application of the new indicator for the quality of Iraqi water.

The exhibition concluded with the Dean of the College of Medical and Health Sciences / Hawler University and the Administrative Assistant of the Lebanese-French University honoring the lecturer with the Ibn Sina Award for Inventions and Innovations and the Scientific Creativity Medal for her participation.
