
Materials Engineering Department holds lecture on work skills as part of the Golden Jubilee Week
As part of the cultural week activities and events for the Golden Jubilee, the Materials Engineering Department at the University of Technology held a scientific lecture entitled “Work Skills.” The lecture was delivered by the Assistant General Manager, Engineer Rania Dler Mohammed from Bayt Al-Hikma Company BHTC/Baghdad, in the presence of the Dean of the Department, Prof. Dr. Jawad Kadhim Alawi, his Scientific Assistant, Prof. Dr. Kadhim Mattar Shabib, and a number of faculty members and students from the department.
The lecture included enhancing youth capabilities and providing them with the basic skills that qualify them to enter the labour market with confidence and efficiency. It covered multiple important topics, including: effective communication, time management, teamwork, and critical thinking.
The lecture concluded with the Dean of the Department presenting a certificate of appreciation and a shield of excellence to the guest engineer.
