Ministry of Higher Education Commends Advancement of Computer Science Journal on ELSEVIER Platform

The Research and Development Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has praised the progress of the Journal of Soft Computing and Computer Applications (JSCCA) from the University of Technology on the ELSEVIER – Digital Commons platform. This recognition comes as part of the strategic agreement signed between the Ministry and ELSEVIER to enhance the performance of Iraqi academic journals and integrate them into global indexing databases.

In an official letter sent to the university, the Ministry highlighted the notable advancement of JSCCA in April 2025, based on monthly performance reports for Iraqi journals published through the ELSEVIER platform.
