President of the University of Technology Inaugurates the First Career Fair to Support Women

The President of the University of Technology, Professor Dr. Mohsen Nouri Hamza, under the supervision of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Professor Dr. Khawla Salah Khashan, inaugurated the “First Career Fair to Support Women,” organized by the Rehabilitation and Employment Division in the Office of the Scientific Assistant. The exhibition was held in the university gardens and attended by the Head of the Department of Laser and Optoelectronics Engineering, Professor Muhammad Majbil, and a number of university staff members.

The exhibition featured a large number of female students, graduates, and affiliates, and featured numerous handicrafts, including women’s health care products, food products, and various handicrafts, including embroidery, sewing, jewelry, and candles, all created by the participants through purely personal efforts.

Assistant Professor Dr.Hussein Ali Kaheji, Head of the Rehabilitation and Employment Division, stated that the goal of the exhibition is to support female students, affiliates, and graduates of the University of Technology by highlighting their activities, shedding light on their projects, and assisting them in the job market. He emphasized the endeavor to have a larger participation and wider coverage of the exhibition in the coming years.
