President of the University of Technology Participates in the Opening of the Job and Innovation Fair at the Middle Technical University
The President of the University of Technology, Professor Dr. Mohsen Hamza Nouri, along with the President of the Middle Technical University, Professor Dr. Waddah Amer Hatim Al-Tamimi, participated on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in the opening of the sixth annual Job and Innovation Fair. The event was attended by the President of Al-Karkh University for Science, Professor Dr. Jumaa Salman, as well as the university’s scientific and administrative assistants, deans of colleges, directors, university staff, students, and representatives from five ministries and over 60 private companies.
In his speech at the fair, Dr. Al-Tamimi stated that this scientific event reflects the significant advancements achieved by the Middle Technical University in the fields of innovation and employment. He also highlighted its importance in terms of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity developments.
The fair showcased graduation projects from students across all university departments and various disciplines. It featured the offering of 440 job opportunities and 400 training programs aimed at qualifying graduates and integrating them into the labor market.
It is worth mentioning that the fair included a variety of fields, such as the engineering, medical, administrative, technical, and agricultural sectors.
