The Department of Mechanical Engineering holds a workshop to discuss student projects.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Technology organized a workshop to discuss student projects, attended by the department head, Professor Dr. Mohsen Nouri Hamza, the head of the Aircraft Engineering Branch, Dr. Imad Abdul Hussein Abdul Sadeq, and several faculty members, in the Dr. Shawkat Al-Turnji Hall within the department.

The workshop included the practical aspect of the Aircraft Design course, which covers drone designs. The students presented six models of different drone designs, supervised by Dr. Israa Yahya and Dr. Laith Iyad. These designs stood out for their creativity in both concept and presentation.

The students provided a comprehensive and detailed explanation of all aspects of their work, allowing everyone the opportunity to explore the models from all technical perspectives of the projects.

Professor Dr. Mohsen Nouri Hamza explained that the workshop was an example of dedication and creativity, leaving a positive impact that reflects the level of competence and excellence possessed by the students of the Mechanical Engineering Department – Aircraft Engineering Branch.
