Technology University activates Computer Networks Cisco Global Academy with Al-Mansour Private College

The University of Technology has taken a new step towards consolidating the educational environment for its students by reactivating the Cisco Global Academy for Computer Networks in the Computer Engineering Department at the University of Technology to provide modern practical training curricula that keep pace with the latest requirements of the labor market in Iraq and the world, at the hands of experts specialized in this field and within an environment that enjoys scientific and academic integrity.

With the blessing of the University President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghaban, and the direct support of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Khawla Salah Khashan, and in the presence of the Assistant Dean of Al-Mansour College for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Sattar Shaker Salman, the agreement to reactivate the academy was signed today, Wednesday, 2-9-2024, between the Head of the Computer Engineering Department, Prof. Dr. Hassan Jalil Hassan, and the Official of the Cisco Regional Academy at Al-Mansour University College, Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Shukr Mahmoud. The signing of the agreement was attended by the Official of the Cisco Academy at the University of Technology, Dr. Amir Musa Thuwaini, the certified trainer for our university academy, Dr. Laith Baqer Salman, and the Director of the Department of Media and Government Communication at the University of Technology, Dr. Sari Tahseen Rishan. The forum culminated in an exchange of discussions and experiences between the two parties to draw up a future plan for the academy, as well as activating partnerships in other fields such as libraries, research, and scientific feilds.
