
Technology University concludes courses for new recruits in the Ministry of Oil
Based on the directives of Prime Minister Eng. Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani to train employees who were appointed in the first phase and follow up on trainees from the second phase and based on the principle of coordination and cooperation between institutions and government research and study centers
Under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the follow-up of the President of the University of Technology, Professor Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghaban, the courses for new appointees to the Ministry of Oil, the sixteenth and final batch, were concluded at the University of Technology at the Continuing Education Center.
The closing ceremony was attended by the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Farhad Mohammed Othman, the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Adnan Abdul Jabbar, and the Director General of the Training and Development Department, Expert Dr. Hisham Yas Shaalan. They met with the trainees from all the formations of the Ministry of Oil. The Director General stressed the importance of the course and active participation in it, with the necessity of commitment. It was titled (Organizational Behavior and Institutional Loyalty) and aims to enhance the optimal behavior among the trainees. The Director General praised the efforts of the University of Technology, the Continuing Education Center, in hosting the trainees for four months and providing all the requirements for the success of this project, as the number of trainees reached (1069).
