The University of Technology President Receives the University Team that obtain Second Place in the “Shababik” Program

 The President of the University of Technology, Professor Mohsen Nouri Hamza, received in his office the university team that obtained second place in the “Shababik” program, organized by the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein. The meeting was attended by the University President’s Assistants for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Farhad Muhammad Othman, and the Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Khawla Salah Khashan.

It is worth noting that the University of Technology team finished second in the competition after winning two matches and losing the final.

The University President praised the efforts made to support our dear students who competed on behalf of the University of Technology against other Iraqi universities.

The Director of the Student Activities Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Amin Dhunun, presented the championship shield to the University President in appreciation of his continuous support at all levels within the university. Finally, the University President wished all students continued success.

It is noteworthy that the university delegation consisted of Sinan Samir as head of the delegation, Iman Mutasher and Laith Abdul Redha, all from the Student Activities Department at the university, and students Zaid Osama, Sajjad Asim, and Jaafar Rabie from the Biomedical Engineering Department, Hamoud Rabah from the Mechanical Engineering Department, Al-Jawadain Ali from the Chemical Engineering Department, and Muntadhar Nabil from the Electromechanical Engineering Department.
