The President of the Technological University Participates in the 4th International Thought Leadership Conference in London and Explores Cooperation with QS and West London University
The President of the Technological University, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Hassan Al-Ghaban, participated in the 4th International Thought Leadership Conference held at West London University in the United Kingdom, from 5th to 6th of December, 2024. The forum, titled “Governance Across Sectors,” was attended by a number of experts and researchers to discuss key trends and practices in governance and leadership across various sectors, such as education, health, sports, and public administration. On the sidelines of the conference, Prof. Dr. Al-Ghaban met with Mr. Ashon Fernandez, Executive Director of QS, where they discussed ways to collaborate in improving the Technological University’s ranking. Dr. Al-Ghaban also met with Professor Philip Cox, Head of the Department of Computing and Engineering at West London University, to discuss potential scientific and research collaborations between the Technological University and West London University. The discussions between the two parties also focused on enhancing cooperation in the fields of scientific innovation and joint research, aiming to contribute to the development of academic processes and the exchange of scientific expertise in the areas of digital governance and digital transformation. This conference served as an important opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences among academics and researchers from around the world, enhancing opportunities for international cooperation and contributing to the development of governance and academic management practices at educational and research institutions.
