Department of Biomedical Engineering Organizes Workshop on the Civil Service Law

The Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Technology, within the activities of the Scientific Activities Week and in cooperation with the Administrative Affairs Department, held a workshop entitled: “The Civil Service Law and Professional Conduct.”

The workshop, presented by Assistant Director Hiba Raad and Assistant Director Ammar Abbas, included a detailed explanation of the Civil Service Law, with a focus on employee rights and duties. The workshop also emphasized the importance of professional conduct in improving performance and enhancing professional commitment, in addition to highlighting the role of academic staff in achieving the goals of the educational institution by adhering to professional standards and excellence in academic performance.

The session concluded with discussions and interactive interventions from the attendees, which contributed to clarifying concepts and enhancing a common understanding of the workshop’s topic.
