As part of the professional development agenda set by the Office of the Assistant President of the University of Technology for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, the Alumni Follow-up, Rehabilitation, and Employment Unit at the College of Architectural Engineering has completed the creation of educational posters.
These posters aim to train graduating students on the principles of diversity and inclusion, preparing them to contribute effectively and thrive in inclusive work environments that present various challenges. The posters emphasize the importance of competing based on sound intellectual, professional, and ethical standards, especially in light of the growing number of architects and the increasing competition for available opportunities in the local job market.
