Guidance Center at the University of Technology Begins Work to Finalize Employment Procedures for New Appointees to the Ministry of Higher Education

Under the direct supervision of the Assistant President of the University of Technology for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Farhad Mohammed Othman, and the Director of the Information Technology Center, Lecturer Ali Abdul-Razzaq Tarish, the Guidance Center at the University of Technology, located in the IT Center building, has commenced operations to complete the onboarding procedures for newly appointed employees under the Ministry of Higher Education, as per ministerial order No. (1372) issued on (May 11, 2025).

It is noteworthy that the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, issued a ministerial order appointing 320 individuals from among postgraduate degree holders and top graduates to positions within the Ministry’s central staff, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has called on those listed from sequence number 161 to 320 to visit the Guidance Center at the University of Technology to finalize their employment procedures. They are required to bring the original copies of the four official identification documents, two color copies of each, four personal photos, and two documents verifying their academic qualification (either a color copy of the degree certificate or a graduation confirmation letter with a barcode verifying authenticity)
