President of the University of Technology Visits Dormitories and Oversees Distribution of Ramadan Baskets to Chemical Engineering Students

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Technology, Professor Dr. Mohsen Nouri Hamza, and under the supervision of the Head of the Chemical Engineering Department, Professor Dr. Khaled Ajmi Sekar, the faculty and staff of the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Technology organized a volunteer campaign to distribute eighty diverse Ramadan food baskets to the department’s students residing in the dormitories, in the presence of the Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Farhad Muhammad Othman, ¹ Dr. Muhaimin Al-Yasiri, Director of the Dormitories Department, and the administrative and technical staff and supervisors of the dormitories.  

Professor Dr. Mohsen Nouri Hamza reviewed the proposals of the female students in the dormitories and the most important requirements that students need. He directed to overcome all obstacles and provide all services that provide comfort inside the dormitories for male and female students. He also supervised the distribution of a variety of food baskets to the dormitory students from the Chemical Engineering Department.

This initiative comes within the university’s efforts to support its students during the holy month of Ramadan, and to provide them with basic food supplies, emphasizing the spirit of social solidarity and enhancing the Ramadan atmosphere within the university campus.
