The Department of Electromechanical Engineering Honors a Number of Its Distinguished Faculty and Staff

On the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of the University of Technology, the Department of Electromechanical Engineering organized a festival under the supervision of the Department Head, Assistant Professor Dr. Ghassan Abdul Hussein Bilal. The festival celebrated its distinguished faculty and staff for their pivotal role in developing the department’s scientific, academic, and administrative journey, and for being a source of unlimited giving.

The festival honored professors: Professor Dr. Jalal Mohammed Jalil, Assistant Professor Noura Saleh Akab, Senior Director Shaima Abdul Rahman, and Assistant Professor Dr. Aida Hamid Hassan, a lecturer at the University of Wasit, with certificates of appreciation and a shield of excellence. This recognition recognizes and acknowledges their essential role in the college’s success.

The festival also witnessed the participation of the Scientific Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Amir Mohammed Jadou, and the heads of departments: Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hamid Raja, Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Qasim, and Assistant Professor Dr. Israa Saad, a select group of faculty members, and a number of students attended. The department head praised the efforts of the faculty members and staff who contributed to the department’s progress and development, and supported the educational and scientific progress both within and outside the department.
