University of Technology participate a symposium

University of Technology, represented by the Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, Prof. Dr. Zainab Nasser Jameel, and the Head of the Quality Assurance Division, Assist. Lec. Saba Fouad Hassan, participated in the scientific seminar entitled The General Framework for the Application of Institutional Accreditation Standards, held at Al-Hussein University College in Karbala Governor with more than 70 participants from various colleges and governorates.

This symposium came in carrying out the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and in coordination with the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority and the Institutional Accreditation Council.

The session was chaired by Prof. Dr. Khalil Ibrahim Mahmoud, a member of the Institutional Accreditation Council.

The lectures were delivered by Prof. Dr. Haider Al-Ajrash and Prof. Dr. Mohsen Al-Abbadi, members of the Institutional Accreditation Council

The symposium aimed to discuss the best practices for achieving institutional accreditation according to national and international standards.

The symposium concluded by honoring the participants with certificates of appreciation.
