University of Technology Participates in Training Workshop for Quality Assessors of Continuing Education Centers

With the leadership and participation of the Director of the Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Department, Head of the Ministerial Team for Evaluating the Quality of Continuing Education Centers, Assistant Professor Dr. Khalid Shanawa Ziara, and the participation of Professor Dr. Zainab Nasser Jamil, Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at the University of Technology, a member of the Ministerial Team formed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Division, and members of the Ministerial Team in the training workshop for quality assessors of continuing education centers to train the ministerial assessors nominated from all Iraqi governorates to evaluate the quality of continuing education centers in public universities according to the form (F-0-09-04-23). Through the ministerial training workshop, the qualifications of the ideal assessor and all the criteria and procedures concerning the quality evaluation form for continuing education centers and the evaluation guide were clarified.

The Director of the Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Department, Dr. Khalid Shanawa, praised the exceptional efforts made by the ministerial team in charge of training the assessors.

The workshop was held at the University of AL-Nahrain Continuing Education Center.
